TASTING NOTE:
C.Purplish-purple cherry smell, very lively. Aromas of black berries of the forest (cassis, blackberry), prunes and hints of blueberry pie. Spicy nuances and over time it drags even mineral tones (memories of peat). Fresh mouth in its attack, with nerve and good mid palate. It takes us to the time of the harvest, and brings back memories of its olfactory phase. Long and pleasant finish.

TASTING NOTE:
C.Garnet cherry aroma, intense, clean and with purple tones. Delicate and complex nose, where black fruit (blackberries and blueberries) predominates, with mineral notes (slate), balsamic, and hints of purple flowers and chocolate. Powerful and round but at the same time silky on the palate, with a great predominance of red fruits (strawberry, currant, raspberry) and integrated notes of lilac, red peach, pink pepper, smoky touches, sandalwood and cocoa.

Pale pink petal colour, bright and very attractive. Floral notes (petal of rosa) very well combined with strawberry and small wild berries (rose hips, raspberry),
rooibo red tea, golden apple and sour caramel. Subtle balsamic touch (mint)
and fresh grass. Fresh and nervous on the palate, with a pleasant and easy palate.
Well structured and perfectly balanced.

TASTING NOTE:
Ripe cherry color, very lively. Intense, delicate nose with great aromatic complexity. Red fruit and ripe black fruit predominate, well integrated with aromas of fresh scrubland. It also presents pleasant mineral, balsamic and chocolate and coffee notes, crowned with subtle hints of spices. Powerful and round mouth. Silky and balanced. Long finish, with memories of the aromas present on the nose.

TASTING NOTE:
Lemon yellow colour, bright and luminous. Delicate, complex and persistent nose. The aromas of white fruits (green apple) stand out, combined with wild berries, aromatic herbs and citrus, all well integrated into puff pastries that are aged on the lees. Fresh and stimulating on the palate, with a wide mouthfeel and great volume, with hints of the aromas present on the nose.
